the oilstream is flowing down, my head/visual is snapping sideways

Iwatch a very thin stream of oil falling from a pipe & into another pipe thru 1' of airspace. It looks like a stream until i abruptly twist my head horizontally [snaplike] & then i see droplets instead of a stream while my head is rotating [snaplike].

earth rotates around sun @ R speed, Earth spins on its axis @ S speed. Both R & S are counterclockwise. On the equator @ noon my speed is R-S whereas at midnite its R+S. Q= does this affect the time speed thing?

The brush is rinsed after use & then toothpaste is loaded on the brush so that it sits with toothpaste coating the bristles until the next brushing. Will the toothpaste kill the germs in the brush in this scenario?

Maybe wrong, same company that makes the paste also makes the brush which supposedly needs periodic replacement due to germs.

Instead of loading just before brushing should I load the toothbrush just after brushing & let it sit coated with toothpaste so to= 1-kill germs? 2-lose the potency of the toothpaste to the airwash unless i cover with a plastic casing & 3- whatever I didnt think of...thanx

i didnt consider rotational slowing as possible energy loss. Was just wondering if the 2 tops would move differently due to spin factor...keep thinking aloud

a steel top which remains upright when not spinning has an electromagnet pulling on it from the side. Q=does it make any diff how much the emagnet moves the top sideways if the top is spinning or not? Please dirregard the friction factor at the bottom point of the top. thanx
