Yes I have talked to the professor in the upper division classes that I took and they said they would be happy to give me recommendation letter especially my mechanics professor. Most Canadian universities here take last two years of undergrad but I don't know since I screwed up badly in first...
I am currently studying math (honours) in a university in Canada. Due to family issues that made my first and second year of very stressful,which caused problems to my mental health Anyway here is my full transcript:First Year:
Mechanics 1: 86
Calc 1: 90
C++ programming: 91
Economics: 82

Hi guys,
I am taking this class in lie groups but the professor never introduced the concept of quaternion and he asked about it. I saw from google the properties of multiplications of j and I made the multiplication according to
(B + jC)(u + jv) = Bu + Bjv + jCu + j^2Cv = Bu - Cv + j(Cu + Bv)...
Hi,
In the equation
y(x,t) = ym * sin(kx - wt - PHI)
I thought I understand why we have that phase constant atleast mathmetically but after thinking about it I don't think I understand it completely like here in my book it says the phase constant moves the wave forward or backward in...
we have the wave equation as follows with non zero phase constant:
y(x,t) = ym * sin(k( x - PHI/k) - wt)
or
y(x,t) = ym * sin(kx - w(t + PHI / w))
I don't understand where did the PHI /k or PHI / w came from ??
I understand how did we derive the wave equation but I don't...
