Is Python the Future of Programming?

Though I'm not a professional on the topic, I have postulated a similar question to my professors. They responded that python does not allow for the same amount of management of system resources, and python is an interpreted language and not compiled directly to machine code which has...

    Hard logarithmic/implicit differentiation question.

My god, that's all I had to do, after that I had the correct answer. Thank you for your help mark :) Must be tired or something.

    Hard logarithmic/implicit differentiation question.

According to [PLAIN]https://webwork.elearning.ubc.ca/webwork2_files/tmp/equations/80/fa9842dd3479ee1baaab655e02a1c41.png Isnt it q'/q = 3/p - 0.002 ?? Thanks for your assistance so far by the way. Edit: oh from the post I just made, yes i see that, but the answer is still wrong (online...

Calculating the Limit of n!^(1/n) and (1/n)(n!)^(1/n)

I don't hace an answer to this, but it might be best to learn how to use the forum LaTex editor, it's hard to read your syntax. wrap your latex code with (tex) and (/tex) (replace the () with [] in your post to make it work), until you get used to using latex, just use the latex equation editor...

    Hard logarithmic/implicit differentiation question.

is q' wrong? I did it implicitly using the original equation and got the same answer. Implicit (ln(q)-3ln(p)-0.002p)' = (7)' = \frac{q'}{q} - \frac{3}{p} - 0.002 = 0 And rearranged to get the same answer as my previous q' after subbing in my original q. (multiplying both sides by q.)

    Hard logarithmic/implicit differentiation question.

QUESTION HAS BEEN SOLVED ! :) THANKS MARK! Homework Statement Shark Inc. has determined that demand for its newest netbook model is given by https://webwork.elearning.ubc.ca/webwork2_files/tmp/equations/80/fa9842dd3479ee1baaab655e02a1c41.png, where q is the number of netbooks Shark can sell...

High School Students: Practice Final Exams

Then i wouldn't recommend these exams for practice, however i still would recommend taking the provincial exam. I was an AP student in High school, i received quite a bit of money from doing well on these exams. And they do play a part in student selection, as provincial examinations are...

High School Students: Practice Final Exams

inutard, these are previous provincial exams... These exams (apart from IB/AP) are the most important exams in BC. They account for 60% of your mark should you take them, i would suggest becoming familiar with the type of problems they ask.

Question about the concept of Reaction Rate

Yes we were using the rate equation.. However when we experimentally determined the rates, we just took the times for the reaction to change color, and calculated the rates as 1 / time for reaction completion.. And i don't understand how we can do that for the rate of the equation.. Someone...

Question about the concept of Reaction Rate

This is not a homework question. Im curious as to why in some situations rate is described as s^{-1} without a change in property in the numerator. As i understand, rate is defined as a change of a property over the time elapsed over that change.. How can we have a reaction rate without...

Trouble w/ electron in a television picture tube. Hints please

*Hint* What is the net force on the electron when it is passing through the plates, weight is negligible. EDIT: My theta ended up being 0.72 Degrees, if you have an answer key, let me know if this is correct..

Trouble w/ electron in a television picture tube. Hints please

If its asking for the angle of deflection. First.. Ask yourself.. Is their any acceleration in the vertical direction? (assume the electron is being deflected vertically.) If you have an electron go through the plates, there must be some force exerted on it to change its path of motion. When it...

Quick question on explaining the law of conservation of momentum.

I have done the question already and attained the correct answer. However if it was a written question i do not know how i could prove the following. A 7.3 x 10^3 kg space vehicle and its empty 6.8 x 10^2 booster unit are moving together through space at 370 m/s. An explosion lasting 2.2s is...
