What is the context of your question? Are you building an induction cooktop?
 
A sort of and i want to know about which effect is dominant at frequencies in range of 30-50 KHz.
 
Eddy currents. Hysteresis to a very little extent, if it really does. You would have got easily an answer if you had tried the wiki.
