Hey guys, does anyone know of any good alternatives to LaTek? It seems like one has to invest a decent amount of time just to learn LaTek. I was wondering if there are some easier alternatives.
Some popular alternatives to LaTex are Markdown, LyX, and Overleaf.
While LaTex is known for its extensive features and customization options, these alternatives can also be powerful tools for document formatting and typesetting.
Yes, most of these alternatives have the capability to import LaTex documents and convert them to their own format.
Some alternatives, like Markdown and Overleaf, are open-source and free to use. However, LyX does require a license for commercial use.
Overleaf is specifically designed for collaborative work, allowing multiple users to edit and view the same document in real-time.
