In summary, to get your papers and ideas published, you should consult your professors who can offer guidance and share their own experiences. The process may take some time, but you have a couple of years before you graduate with your bachelor's degree. Your location in the United States may also be a factor to consider.

What are the steps I need to take to get my papers and ideas out there for others to read? I don't expect anything to happen with my papers, but I want to try to get something out there so I look more appealing to Grad schools. It doesn't matter to me how long the process takes. I got a couple of years before I get my bachelors so I'm not in a hurry. Oh, and I live in the United States in case that matters.
