Voltage-current equation of Thevenin circuit
Homework Statement I need help with part (b). Homework Equations The Attempt at a Solution The Thevenin resistance is 15 ohms, voltage open circuit 30 V and the short current circuit is 2 A. You can take these for granted, I've confirmed with a friend. I really don't know what...- ali297

Why Do Ceramic Materials Exhibit Different Brittle Fracture Points?
It was an experiment we had where we put a piece of ceramic in a machine which slowly crushed it while it recorded data. The graph is the compressive stress vs strain. But I think I get your point that the microcracks in ceramics differ from one another, which is primary cause for the...- ali297

Why Do Ceramic Materials Exhibit Different Brittle Fracture Points?
Hi I have 5 different experimental data of a ceramic undergoing compressive stress, and I've graphed them. There are some significant differences among these graphs compared to other materials I've compared (aluminium, pvc etc). Each has multiple fracture points etc...my question is what...- ali297

Operational Amplifier: How Does It Work?
Hi, I have a quick question regarding Operational Amplifier's. I understand in an ideal Op-Amp the current through the + and - input terminals should be zero. What is the point of the Op-Amp if no current goes through the inputs? How does it work? thanks- ali297
