Equivalence Problem: Is A and B Equivalent?
No he still means they are not equivalent. Just plug in 3/2 instead of 2/3 in his previous argument of why they are not equivalent.

Real Values of X: Solving Inequalities & Equations
Once you got to |x^2 + x - 2| = 3, you need to take Tom Mattson's advice and form 2 equations using the fact that if a > 0, |x| = a implies that x = a or x = -a. Then solve both equations. Also, what did you get for the first part as your answer?
