dv= 4 - 0 = 4

From reading the textbook, i come to Answer #1) E and 2) D...For #3, two example would be 1- an example of zero velocity and non-zero acceleration would be kind of like the question #1 with the rock...as for the second example with zero acceleration and non-zero velocity...?
