Ok, I'm still not thinking on the right lines here...
I can get to this:
cos(2x)
-----------
sin²(x)cos²(x)
on left side
and this:
4/tan(2x) . 1/sing(2x) on right
And changing the Tan like Recon said...
4(1-tan²(x) 1
----------- . ----
2tan x...
