Yayy! Thanks for all the help guys. I will be posting correctly from now on. I wasn’t thinking straight when starting this problem so I looked at khan academy for a little bit and got some ideas.
I assumed it would start with n = 1 because that makes the most sense, but for part c I didn’t know if I would multiply by 3 or 2. Since n starts at 1 and it is closed that would mean you are using Fn = nv/4L which has n = 1, 3, 5, 7...
I have zero idea where to start, but in attempting to work out the problem for part a I know I need to use v = lamda f. Please help and explain. I am willing to try something with some hints and I am not outright looking for the answer.
