Also, I do not know how many holes there are so I can't just find the equation. If I knew the amount of holes and therefore cannot calculate the area of holes.

Pspice has sine wave sources that you can use under the sources library. Just define your parameters. Why would you just want to graph that though? Is it part of a bigger circuit?

In case anyone wanted to know, I now understand the first problem. It is a bandpass filter centered at 2kHz (which makes sense to me) and has 20dB of gain. Without the positive feedback it would be a bandpass filter centered at 2kHz but it is not a very good filter and has about -4 to -5...
