The problems are: 1) It's a heavy mirror, so 2) It needs to be hung from the studs, and 3) The desired position of the center of the mirror is not halfway between two studs.

Is this calculator cool or what?! I went on line to deal with what turns out to be Case III and found much satisfaction.
