Mirror phenomenon — Concentric halos around eyes in a foggy bathroom
This is the most logical explanation to me. I was surprised when I saw the eye phenomenon when looking in my foggy mirror after my shower this morning. Normally, I wipe the large mirror but didn't this morning. Wow, it was freaky. So knowing a big about quantum mechanics and the like...I would...
