    Well, so far I know from this post and my own attempts that these combinations DO NOT WORK: b/c/d c/e a/b/c/e a/b/e b/d/f a/b/c/d Looking at the problem again, I'm thinking that the answer may be b/d, but to be quite honest, I'm completely lost.
