Paul Rentz

I've lived in Michigan, New York and now Corvallis, Oregon. Both of my grandfathers moved to Detroit from family farm type backgrounds but worked with machines in Detroit. My mother's father was the draftsman for Henry Ford's Chief Engineer, Edward Gray, from 1906 to 1919 and then again for Gray and Gar Wood, the speed boat racer and builder, from 1937 to 1945. My dad's father was a chauffeur first to wealthy tobacconist then an engine builder with Continental Motors. Dad was an electrician with Chrysler for some 40 years.
I was a treatment coordinator for troubled youth first in New York then Oregon before opening a photo lab in Corvallis which I had for 24 years before semi-retirement. I now do various video services.
