Ya...that's sort of what i was planning on doing if I wasn't satisfied with Concordia. I was kind of hoping to attract the attention of someone that can give me the inside scoop on concordia. A post or present student perspective on that school.

Mcgill University in Montreal has a Physics Major/ Electrical Engineer minor program. It's only a minor so you don't graduate as an accredited engineer.
Also, there are a couple of schools in Canada that offer something called Physics Engineering...

I'm a student at Concordia University and have been chipping away at the various prerequisites (ie: chemistry, biology, math) that are required to take Physics there. I originally went to this school for Journalism, but have since changed my direction. It might sound a little crazy...
