Accessing the Wi-Fi at a FedEx store requires a specific login process rather than a simple password entry. The employee indicated that the store uses AT&T as their internet service provider, suggesting that users must authenticate through an AT&T network, similar to hotel Wi-Fi systems. This typically involves accepting terms and conditions or logging in via a portal rather than entering a straightforward password. The discussion also references a business relationship between FedEx and AT&T, highlighting the structured nature of their Wi-Fi access.
