Greetings.
When I tried to start Photoshop CS6 I received error message Could not load actions because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered and the program would not open.
Any ideas?
How to make photoshop fix?

Thanks

I assume you want to open photoshop just as an app by itself, not just kicking it up from some image file that you want to do things with?
If not then the problem might be that the image file is corrupted, photoshop can't make sense of it.
A solution for this kind of dilemma can be to re-install the misbehaving software, but that won't help if the image file is corrupted.
