Boiling point elevation depends on how many ions dissociate in the solution. Typically CaCl2 is a good substance to use but it has a pretty high molar mass... I'm wondering what the best substance to use to increase the boiling point of water?

Thanks!

The best would be the substance that dissociates into the most ions in solution with the lowest molar mass...for example a compound that dissociates into 3 ions and has a molar mass of 50g/mol would be better than a compound that dissociates into 3 ions and has a molar mass of 100g/mol..however, a compound that dissociated into 4 ions would be better than either of those compounds.
