1. Does anyone know where I would look if I wanted to buy a device that can generate a bluetooth signal?

2. Does anyone know of a device that can capture and decode bluetooth for digital analysis?

I bought a cheap bluetooth dongle from www.dealextreme.com

I got it for 8$ and it works great with my phone.
