At 110Kev they block above 90 percent but I wonder about other lower frequencies specifically microwaves and radio waves?

Look up the difference between ionising and non-ionising radaition.

Wrap a radio in a box made of lead and it will be quite effective in blocking radio waves (Google Faraday cage) but copper will usually perform much better.
