Can time exist without space and vice versa

This thought has been echoing in my mind. Hoping someone would be so kind to answer it.

Such a thing doesn't match reality so we really don't know. The prevailing theory that describes space and time is General Relativity, and in GR space and time are fundamental concepts that cannot be gotten rid of. Since your question is extremely speculative, and because we constantly have problems with threads asking similar questions, I'm going to have to lock this thread.
