Private messages on the forum are not permanently stored and are deleted after one year of inactivity. Users can access older messages by clicking the "Show all" link in the Conversations section. If a conversation involves only one participant who leaves, the messages remain in the account until the one-year deletion policy applies. Members should regularly check their private messages to avoid losing important conversations. Understanding these features can help users manage their communications more effectively.

Hi,

I was checking my private messages under "Conversations" but was only able to see one conversation. I'm sure that I had more messages there. Are the private messages/conversations get deleted after some time? Thanks!
