TL;DR
I want to know are there computer models out there that predict the maximum power of a chemical reaction
Given a balanced chemical equation, can we predict using computer models the maximum power of the chemical reaction?

Thanks.

The equation of the reaction is sufficient for the calculation of the reaction heat (if tabulated values for the enthalpies of formation are available). For the calculation of the power you also need the kinetics of the reaction. That is far more complicate because it cannot be calculated from the properties of the components only. Kinetic models and the corresponding parameters are specific for the reaction.
