The discussion centers around a user experiencing severe headaches accompanied by blurry vision, which raises concerns about potential underlying health issues. Participants emphasize the importance of consulting a doctor, as persistent headaches with visual disturbances are not typical and could indicate serious conditions like migraines or even more severe problems such as an aneurysm. Many contributors share personal experiences with migraines, noting that symptoms can vary widely and may be triggered by factors like stress or dietary issues. After seeking medical advice, the user receives a diagnosis of visual migraine and is advised to manage stress and maintain a healthy diet. The conversation highlights the necessity of professional evaluation for headache symptoms, especially when they are severe or recurrent, to rule out serious health risks.

Well, the doctor probably knows best, but what worries me is that this started out under severe strain, but then began to appear in unstressed situations.
Did your doc say anything about that issue?

I don't actually know just how stressed i am. Maybe it *was* enough to cause a Migraine.

I'll just have to calm down from whatever 'stressful' thoughts I'm having i guess, and when the migranes decrease, then we'll know.
