The first few sections of this book gave me a good sense of the solid foundation that the author is building in this book. I have skimmed this book briefly, it (obviously) seems very comprehensive. I have also heard a friend talk about, so it seems good. Remember that it is a work in progress, so to get the most recent edition, go here:
