What do you think about Earth Space Agency ?

Looks like a mostly harmless Latvian space blog. I wouldn't send them any money or personal information though.
 
Looks like they're trying to capitalize on the European Space Agency's name. I would have no idea what their motives might be, but I'd be a little nervous about them.
