Hi,

I'm sure everyone has came along some lengthy proofs/arguments that takes quite a while to go through , and might get too overwhelmed at some point.

It seems wise to take a study break, but that sometimes seems to make situations even worse since you might lose your track of thought.

Does anyone have any advice /personal favorite way on how to take effective breaks ?

Hey Ans426.

I'm not sure about advising people in terms of how to take breaks (we're all different!) but in terms of your train of thought, maybe if you are worried about this, get in the habit of jotting down where you are up to on some paper so that it can jolt your memory back to where it was before.
