Hi guys. I want to know if anybody can tell me a program which helps to do draws and diagrams. I want to do figures like those what appear in electromagnetic and waves book. For example, draw an arrow and label the angle with a line as "alpha" or thinngs like it.

Thank you.

Welcome to PF, Jga.
I use Adobe Illustrator for everything from cartoons to technical draughting, but it might be 'overkill' for what you want. CorelDraw and Keydraw! are similar, and you could likely do your stuff in Photoshop as well. I have no familiarity with any other graphics programmes, but there must be a few that are more specifically designed to serve your particular needs.

You could try http://www.inkscape.org/screenshots/index.php?lang=en&version=0.45 for general vector drawing, and http://live.gnome.org/Dia/Screenshots for diagrams. Both are free and available for Windows.
