Enabling the Combinations Calculator in Alexa?

TL;DR

On the Internet I found that the command would be, for 20C3, "Alexa, ask Combinations Calculator to calculate 20 choose 3." . But nothing happened. How else?

I found the command as indicated in the Summary. The Alexa in question (of a student of mine -- I am not very familiar with Alexa) would answer other calculation questions, but not this one. Is this an extra ability that one has to pay for to be able to enable?

You have to add the Combinations Calculator skill to your Alexa instance.
