Finding the Friction Force to Overcome

I just had a general question regarding Friction.

With the following information, how could i calculate Friction Force to overcome(assuming it is on a horizontal plane and not moving):
Mass,
Weight,
Normal Force,
μ( Coef of Friction)

say the mass was 100, weight was 980, Normal Force was 980 and μ was .1
