Forces on a spindle with unbalanced loads at different speeds

Essentially I have a spindle with a weight placed at a fixed point. There are four different weights to take into consideration, all are positioned at the same point.

The results I have show what the voltage (pk-pk) output there is, therefore I can see how the out of balance varies depending upon the load I have placed on the spindle at a fixed point.
I also have some results showing the displacement (microns).

I want to know what forces I have to take into account when a spindle has an out of balance, compared to when it has no out of balance load applied to it.

These tests have been conducted at two different speeds.

Any help on this?
