Mfff, this would get into some difficulties. Such a statement would be equivalent with going back to Einstein's 1905 paper and plugging in c=infinity in his clock synchro equations. I am not sure that you would end up deriving the Galieo transforms instead of the Lorentz ones.
I think it is safer and more direct to say that Galileo transforms can be derived by setting c=infinty in Lorentz's transforms.
