Gas/liquid with coolant properties

Greetings,
I need to know which gas/liquid can absorb high amount of heat when passed through a hollow copper tube, heat is generated on the tube. The gas/liquid should not be conducting at ant point. If possible the conductor should absorb more heat than is generated at the tube.i.e it should cool the tube.
