The discussion addresses a discrepancy in the guidelines for submitting solutions to the Problem of the Week (POTW). It clarifies that the deadline for submissions is incorrectly stated as Sunday, April 6th, when it should be Sunday, April 7th, since April 6th is a Saturday. The response acknowledges the mistake and confirms that the guidelines will be updated to reflect the correct submission date of April 7th at 11:59pm EST. The importance of maintaining accurate guidelines is emphasized.

Hello,
In the guidelines for submitting the solutions to the POTW, it is stated that every POTW will be posted on Tuesday. The period for submitting a solution is Sunday night at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time of that week. For example, if a POTW is set to be posted on Tuesday, April 2nd and the deadline for submitting a solution is Sunday, April 6th at 11:59pm EST.

But April 6tn will be saturday. Sunday will be 7th April. isn't it?

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and we will make sure to update the guidelines accordingly. Thank you for your attention to detail and for helping us maintain accuracy in our guidelines.
