Musically, all of Weird Al's stuff.
For movies, if you mean 'twisted' as being far and away from the original concept rather than perverse, Young Frankenstein has to be up there.

I like Chris Morris' musical parodies. They tend to be exceptionally well observed and executed. :smile:

There are loads of other parodies I've seen but can't remember so they can't have been that good.
