Does anyone have any thoughts on what would happen if you tried harnessing Electricity from an Electromagnetic field?

If you mean free energy from nowhere, that is perpetual motion and discussion of that is not allowed on physics forum.

search for RF energy harvesting with google. Lots of wacky stuff, and some real.

Energy harvesting is not perpetual motion, BTW.

Any antenna can harvest RF energy. Making that into something useful is the trick.
