Heating water passing trough an 14mm SS pipe

i have decided to heat pipe using wounding SWG 26 nichrome wire around the pipe,can anyone suggest me a good insulating bead which conducts heat well but is a good current insulator

not sure about material chemistry, but maybe ceramics is a good one?
