Help sought - data on intergalactic distances

I've been trying to find data for distances & recession speeds for named galaxies.
Any help welcome

The most famous named galaxies (with distances): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Messier_objects

The recession speed is just v = H * D where H is about 75 km/s/Mpc
The messier objects are all very close so will have fairly small velocities
