The variation of solubility with temperature depends on the variation of the Hanry's Law constant, which is a function of the solvent and the solute. There is no generic expression that can be used for all gases. The solubility depends on things like the intermolecular forces, which are specific to a solvent-solute pair.

There are tables that can be looked up to find the solubility at different temperatures. Here's one for Oxygen in water : http://antoine.frostburg.edu/chem/senese/101/solutions/faq/predicting-DO.shtml
