TL;DR
I am stuck at the stage where you select fittings for a design using "Hettich Plan", an online CAD tool.
I am trying to use the online CAD tool "Hettich Plan" -- https://www.hettich.com/en-hr/services-1/hettich-plan

If anyone is using this successfully, please help with this issue : After setting up a cabinet and adding drawers, doors, shelves etc you are supposed to go to the next step, "Select fittings". There you see a list of relevant part types like hinges, runners etc. On clicking on, e.g. "runners #2" you are supposed to see a list of Hettich parts that can be used for that function. In my case I just see "No articles found".

I have a PDF help document that details the process, and there are videos on YouTube. The program is supposed to generate part lists and CAD drawings from which you can get the wood panels cut and drilled. ... But it doesn't work for me. It stops at "No articles found" and there is no way to move forward.

Any help would be appreciated.

Alternatively, is there any third party program (preferably web based) that lets you do the same thing, with an integrated database of different brands of fittings?
