SUMMARY

The forum discussion centers on the movement mechanics of cats, rabbits, horses, and birds, with a specific focus on the principles of kinesiology. Participants seek insights into animal locomotion, particularly how horses prepare to jump. The discussion emphasizes the importance of understanding these movements through the lens of kinesiology, which provides a scientific framework for analyzing animal motion.

PREREQUISITES
  • Kinesiology principles
  • Basic animal anatomy
  • Understanding of locomotion mechanics
  • Familiarity with animal behavior
NEXT STEPS
  • Research "Kinesiology in animal movement" for foundational knowledge
  • Explore "Equine biomechanics" to understand horse jumping techniques
  • Investigate "Comparative anatomy of locomotion" for insights on different species
  • Study "Animal behavior during movement" to analyze pre-jump actions in horses
USEFUL FOR

This discussion is beneficial for students in biology or veterinary science, animal behaviorists, and anyone interested in the biomechanics of animal movement.

I'm not very good at science, let alone physics so can someone please help me with my project. Its about animals movement I think i am going to do it on cats, rabbits, horses and birds. Any information would be fine I would like to know stuff like e.g. what does a horse do when its about to jump? or something like that.

thank you :)
