How do I remove Conficker virus that blocks antivirus websites?

My computer is obviously infected with the Conficker virus. It's the darndest thing, it blocks websites that offer virus removal stuffs. Does anyone know how to get rid of it ( for free )?

There are at least three free virus removers that are well regarded, AVG, Avast, And Avira. They are available through CNET.
