How does the Quran verse calculation get the speed of light?

Alright guys here's the challenge. Take this seriously because I don't understand how he got the speed of light, so is someone capable of explaining this thing step by step?
My friend is a muslim, an excellent student and he claims that the speed of light is predicted in the Quran. Now he's shown me a video of a verse being interpreted with mathematical equations, but of course it's all bogus. Nevertheless, the equations show this creepy coincidence that doesn't make sense to me.

Can you guys explain to me how he got the cos of a, and t in general. Many thanks.

This is exactly the same as 'bible code.' He got the 'cos alpha' and 't' and the entire calculation out of thin air. You can always find some number that when manipulated in x,y,z completely arbitrary ways you get another number---which you're looking for.
