How to enable LaTeX on other forums

I love how this forum uses Latex, but I don't know how to do this for other sites. How can I make it so another site I'm with can use this?

i know on SFN they use[math] [/math] tags instead, but that is the only one i know besides how to do it here.

Right, but those tags are usable because the code is installed on the site's server. I'm wondering how to do this.
