I'm working on vector fields and I've got these two equations; no teacher in my high school knows what to do from here.
initial conditions:
t = 0
x, y = 0, 1 (the initial position)
dx/dt = 0
dy/dt = 0
[itex]\frac{d^2x}{dt^2} = y[/itex]
[itex]\frac{d^2y}{dt^2} = -x[/itex]
How do I solve this?
