To create a time toggled switch in Multisim, use a signal voltage source set to 1 Hz to control the switch's position. The switch should start in the open position and toggle every second. Ensure the voltage is appropriate for the component being toggled. This setup allows for effective simulation of time-based switching. Proper configuration of the components is essential for accurate results.

For example if the switch starts at open then changes position every 1 second.

thanks

set to 1 Hz and appropriate voltage to toggle whatever you're toggling.

I am trying to understand how transferring electric from the powerplant to my house is more effective using high voltage. The suggested explanation that the current is equal to the power supply divided by the voltage, and hence higher voltage leads to lower current and as a result to a lower power loss on the conductives is very confusing me. I know that the current is determined by the voltage and the resistance, and not by a power capability - which defines a limit to the allowable...
