Hi
I don't know if you are a pure math guy or something..I wrote what I felt was right...Check this out and let me know..I am an engineering guy who likes math..If you are looking at convergence and things like that ,then you might want to talk to a math guy..
I hope this helps

To solve this sum, we need to first identify the given numbers and the operation to be performed. In this case, the numbers are 3, 6, and 9 and the operation is addition. So, the sum can be written as 3 + 6 + 9.

To solve this, we can use the commutative property of addition, which states that changing the order of the numbers being added does not change the result. So, we can rearrange the numbers in any order we want.

Let's rearrange the numbers in ascending order: 3, 6, 9. Now, we can add them one by one: 3 + 6 = 9, 9 + 9 = 18. Therefore, the sum of 3, 6, and 9 is 18.

Alternatively, we can also use the associative property of addition, which states that grouping the numbers being added does not change the result. So, we can group the numbers differently and still get the same result.

For example, we can group 3 and 6 first, and then add 9: (3 + 6) + 9 = 9 + 9 = 18. Or, we can group 6 and 9 first, and then add 3: 3 + (6 + 9) = 3 + 15 = 18.

In both cases, the result is still 18.

Therefore, the sum of 3, 6, and 9 is 18. I hope this helps you solve the given sum.
