Identification of pressure component

Attached is a picture of a component i am trying to identify. I assume it is either a piezoelectric sensor or a wheatstone bridge, But i don't know which one?

Might help to know more about the context? What's it out of?
 
My vote is the piezoelectric thingamabob.
 
Its from an air pressure gauge, probably should have included that initially.
